Shipping Policy Murasaki Cosmetics

All orders will be shipped from the Netherlands. The estimated delivery time will depend from which country you order. After the payment has been confirmed, your order will be processed and we make an effort to ship the order within 1-2 business days (this excludes weekends and national holidays). During the holiday season shipping time may take longer.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a track&trace number. If you didn’t received an e-mail with tracking information, please remember to check your SPAM folder, as your mail server might forward it there.

We work with several well known carriers as in PostNL, DHL and DPD. All our shipments include a track&trace number so you can follow your package.

Taxes and customs fees may apply if you order from a country that doesn’t belong to the EU (click here to see which countries are European Union members). You will be responsible for payment of these taxes and fees, we have no control over these charges.

Murasaki Cosmetics are committed to selling only high-quality original Japanese brand products. We employ several quality checks before a product is processed and shipped. If any concerns arises regarding your order (e.g. you have received a wrong or damaged product), contact us within 14 days of receiving the order. Please do so to be eligible for a free exchange with the same product, similar product or refund. In the case of a refund, we will be able to issue your full refund within 14 days of us receiving the wrong or damaged product.

 

The shipping fee for returned orders will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted in your order form. Murasaki Cosmetics is not responsible in any way for any delays in delivery, lost or missing packages or any other errors made by the carrier. Murasaki Cosmetics is not responsible in the event that delivery is rejected for any reason or considered undeliverable because of an invalid shipping address. If the package is returned to Murasaki Cosmetics due to the customer not picking up the package at a delivery point, the shipping fee for resending the order will be charged on the customer.
