The foaming net is developed by Kokubo Kogyosho, a manufacturer specialized in beauty appliances.
This effective foaming net helps easily create a thick foam from a water based facial cleanser. It generates 3 times as much foam as you could achieve by rubbing between your hands. So, a small amount of cleanser will go a long way.
Do not wash your face directly with the net!
The net is made of Nylon and Polyester. The ring attached to it is made of Polyethylene. Ideally for use with foam cleansers. Maintenance-friendly, machine washable at 30 ºC
