Hada Labo Shirojyun line is well known for its moisturising and brightening power.
The new 2021 formula of the Shirojyun Premium Lotion contains tranexamic acid and glycyrrhizic acid 2K as active whitening/brightening ingredients. It also contains vitamin C derivatives, vitamin E and two types of hyaluronic acid as moisturizing ingredients .
This Premium edition toner has a watery consistency, so it easily penetrates into the skin for high moisturizing and whitening/brightening effect. The famous nano hyaluronic acids of Hada Labo deeply hydrates the skin and locks moisture deep within.
It is fragrance-free, coloring-free, mineral oil-free, alcohol (ethanol) -free, and paraben-free, which make this whitening lotion very gentle for the skin.

1. After cleansing with face wash, pour a pea-size amount into your palm and rub between hands to warm.
2. Gently pat onto face until it is thoroughly absorbed.
3. Follow with emulsion or cream for additional hydration.
Use twice daily after washing face.

I love this product. It doesn’t sit on top of my skin, but really gets absorbed. It leaves my skin plump and hydrated and after consistent use it brightened my skin. I have combination skin and have no problem using this during summer or winter.
I've used the hada labo shirojyun premium line for a few years now. It works very well for my dry, sensitive skin. I love that there's no alcohol in this. I'm very picky about the consistency of products and dislike products that are too thick, sticky and don't seem to penetrate the skin well.
This lotion is great, it's not sticky and penetrates quickly. You can layer it too by applying it twice or more. I use other hada labo products on top.
