Japanese waterproof gel eyeliner with a hyper-slim tip of 1.5mm. The eyeliner for ultra fine line that won't budge easily.

This eyeliner is formulated to be gentle for your eyelids. It is easy to use. Glides smoothly onto your eyelids without tugging on skin. 
Also includes moisturizing ingredients and doesn't contain parabens, alcohol, surfactants or mineral oil.

Provides perfect colour with just one application, so there's no need to go over the line again. A rich colour that’s just glossy enough to make your eyes stand out!

Using tips:

• After use, please cover the pen cap directly until you hear a "pop" sound.
• Do not store the pen with the tip up. (So ​​as not to cause uneven liquid eyeliner or lighten color.)

CAUTIONS: 

• Refrain from using this product if it does not suit your skin type.
• Do not use in case of injury, swelling, eczema, rash, inflammation, etc.
