The Cezanne Lasting Curl mascara is a 3-in-1 mascara, it can be used as mascara base, mascara, and top-coat.
The double comb brush makes it easy to use and even application from the roots.

Apply by combing from the root to the tip of the eyelashes with a comb.
When using as a mascara base, please layer your own mascara after drying.
When using as a top coat, apply this product after applying your own mascara
