After washing your face, take an appropriate amount into you palm and apply to your skin gently. Or generously soak a cotton pad and pat gently over your face.
I always use toner before my face cream and many western toners are a bit oily or With too many alcohol inside. Japanese toners is always gentle and this is one of my favorite brand!
