Instructions: Use after lotion and/or milky emulsion.
●Apply to five areas of the face (both cheeks, forehead, nose, and chin). (1/3 on one cheek, 1/3 on the other cheek, and the remaining 1/3 on the T-zone).
●Spread lightly, then use the warmth of your hands to blend from the center of the face outward.
●Apply carefully to the forehead, from the center outward, then the bridge of the nose, around the mouth, and finally around the eyes. Apply multiple layers to areas that are particularly prone to dryness.

Firstly, I'm really enjoying the product. I have oily-combination skin that is prone to sensitivity, acne, and dehydration, so finding moisturizers that work well with my skin can be very difficult but a good moisturizer can make a big difference in the state of my skin. I like that while the moisturizer is relatively light -- it has an almost air-whipped texture while still being a gel cream -- it still retains moisture levels throughout the day and night even when used sparingly. I haven't had problems with sensitivity or using it on nights when I use actives. I also like that I can layer it on top of other toners and lotions without getting congested. I find that my skin responds best to increasing layers of hydration, so I usually apply a toner, potentially a serum, then a light moisturizer (like a water cream) in my T-zone, and then a moisturizer to "lock" the hydration, so to speak. This is one of the few moisturizers I've found that works well with that method. I think it's light enough to wear during the summer, although I would prefer to use it during the spring and summer. I haven't used this in very cold weather yet, so I can't speak on that personally.
Secondly, there was a problem with the initial delivery. I was able to reach out to the customer service team to get a delivery rescheduled. The delivery process was very prompt in both instances, and the customer service team was really great. The only thing that I've found rather bothersome is the price. I found the same product available on UK retail sites for a much lower price, but one of the few countries they don't deliver to are the NL. I don't know the specifics regarding customs and pricing, but it was a bit annoying to know that I could get the same moisturizer for nearly half the price offered here. I would put 4 stars just for that, but the customer service team was really nice to me.
